Indeed this is a recurring issue because India put regulations in place in regards to subscription payments and Credit Card processing. See law passed: https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=11668
We suggest to contact your issuing bank and let them know to unblock subscription payments. They can whitelist the merchant (we use Stripe for Processing Payments) and allow the transaction.
